About Me

Chaos Into Art is founded by me, Jessica, a twenty-two year old from Long Island, New York. You may know me as feed_my_wallet on LiveJournal, which has been my jewelry journal for over a year now. I've been wanting to make a more professional website, and I finally got around to doing it.

Since I can remember, I've been creating things out of every medium I could get my hands on.... beads, colorful string, paper, clay, play-dough, legos, you name it! Arts and crafts has always been my favorite thing to do. I've been making jewelry for many years, but it wasn't until early 2006 when I really started getting into making jewelry, and finally started up my small "business". I'm just a typical girl who likes to make pretty things :) I love to create new and unique pieces, and find inspiration from everywhere imaginable.

Now you're probably wondering where the name Chaos Into Art came from. Well, believe it or not, it's inspired by my favorite band, Hanson. Yep, that's right, you're reading correctly, Hanson. I've been a fan of theirs for over a decade now, and their dedication and passion for what they love has inspired me in more ways than I could ever begin to explain. The line "she turns chaos into art" is from one of their songs called "Deeper", which I definitely recommend :)
