Policies

? PAYMENT
- I accept Paypal (preferred), concealed cash, and money orders for orders over $100 only.
- If you are paying with concealed cash or money order and it gets lost in the mail, I am not responsible. I will not send out your items unless I get the money.
- When paying by cash or money order, please include the following in a note with your money: Name, address, e-mail address, and either the name of the items you ordered, or a copy of the receipt printed out from the shopping cart. This makes it easier for me when sending out orders so I don't get mixed up.

SHIPPING
- All items will be shipped from New York.
- Shipping starts at $4, and goes up from there depending on how much you buy.
- The reason for the shipping cost is because it has to cover postage stamps, envelopes/mailers, paypal fees, and other packaging supplies.
- I am not responsible for missing items in the mail. If you would like to add insurance to your package, you?may do so, but this will be more expensive. If you're interested in doing this, please let me know in a note with your purchase.
- All items will be sent out within 2-3 days (at most) from when payment is received.
- Shipping should not take longer than a week to areas in the U.S., and up to 2-3 weeks sometimes overseas, depending on the area. If there's a problem, and you haven't received the shipment, please contact me and let me know.

OTHER
- All sales are final. However, if you are extremely unhappy with an item, please contact me, and I'll see what I can do. Afterall, I want everyone to be happy :)
- Custom orders are possible. If you are interested, please see the Custom Order page and follow the instructions.
- All earrings are either silver-plated or gold-plated. If you have sensitive ears, please contact me before placing the order and tell me what you plan on ordering. I will let you know if those earrings are available in sterling silver. Please note that sterling silver earrings will be $1.00 additional per pair.
- Sometimes the chain on the necklace/bracelet/earrings you order may be slightly different. This is because I may run out of the original chain used to make the piece of jewelry. Most pieces will have a note under more info.
